The government 

The government consists of a group of 20 ministers and the most significant position in the cabinet is the Prime Minister. In addition, he makes major decisions in the House of Commons and has an authority above the Queen of England in the cabinet. The cabinet has a meeting once a week and the prime minister chooses his ministers in the cabinet when he or she is elected. Moreover, the chair member of the cabinet is the prime minister; therefore, he coordinates the different government ministers. In the parliamentary system a cabinet shuffle is an informal term for an event that takes place when a Head of government rotates or makes changes to the composition of ministers in his or her cabinet. Taxes are paid to the local council and this depends mainly on the size of the residence and the number of adults living in it. The local council or the local government is responsible for the public's hygiene and environmental health. Therefore, it is responsible for collecting rubbish, inspecting, cleaning and organizing public areas such as swimming pools, public parks and playgrounds.

The Rt Hon William Hague

William Jefferson Hague was born on the 26^th of March 1961. He is a British Conservative politician and served as leader of the conservative party from 1997 to September 2001. He studied at Oxford University and is currently the British foreign secretary and the first secretary of the state under the Prime minister, David Cameron.
